Folks:
This year the Christmas lunch will be:
The plan is to meet at Mike Greer's place at Noon or at the
B&B at 2pm
Ted from MI can't make it as planned but Cap'm Woody from Florida
will sail up in a boat.
I will need exact numbers for the B&B since this is a meal
just for us. So get back to me early.
Ron
There are two choices for entree, Chicken Cordon Blue $12.00
and Roast Beef $15.00. The Chicken and Beef will be served with
a rice pilaf or baked potato, vegetable, garden salad, rolls and
your choice of ice tea or coffee. A selection of Desserts will
be available for an additional $2.50. We need to know the number
of people and which of the entrees and starch for each. For example
"2 people, Roast Beef with baked potato". It would also
help if you could make a commitment to dessert or not, just so
they have the right numbers available. It is important to note
that this is not a walk in restaurant but a specially catered
meal at the Lundberg Inn B&B. We will be the only people there
and they will cook this meal just for our group. It is important
that if you sign up, you show up, because they will be cooking
for you if you show or not. We need your commitment by no latter
than the 20th of November, just a little over a week away. Send
your e-mail to Mike Greer at either greermr@cpchem.com or lavolpe22@aol.com
and I will add you to the list.
Thanks and happy holidays.
P.S. If anyone needs to reach me they can call (918) 333-5487
or (918)440-2825 for directions at the last moment.

For those going directly to the Lundberg B&B, turn West
off of US hwy 75 at E0240 Rd. There is a farm equipment place
just South of this and a building on the corner. Continue West
on this road a couple of miles, there is a bridge followed by
a railroad track. Proceed very slowly over the rail road track.
Just past the tracks is a small red road sign "Gap Road"
turn right (North) onto Gap Road and follow this around until
you see the sign on the side of the road for the Lundberg Inn
B&B. The turn onto the drive, which is unpaved, is very
sharp to the right, just past the sign.
We can all meet at my place around noon on Sunday and talk over
the items that need serious consideration for MOFLO 2003, have
a beer and some snacks before the Luncheon. We will want to leave
my place by about 1:30 to arrive at the Lundberg by quarter of
two. They will serve us at 2:00 p.m. so that you long distance
guys can get a reasonable start home.
